Frequently Asked Questions
Q - Do You Accept My Insurance?
A - We accept the vast majority of major insurance plans. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about your specific plan coverage. You may find it convenient to do this by using our "Contact Us" tab which you will find on this website.

Q
-
Do you accept Medicare?
A - All of our Therapists are fully credentialed to treat Medicare patients and many consider this to be an area of special interest for themselves.

Q - How long have you been in business?
A - The practice began treating patients in 1987. Originally formed as "Life Care Medical Center" We have been operating under the "Aspen Physical Therapy Centers, LLP name since 2006".

Q - How many Physical Therapy Sessions will I need?
A - Physical Therapy, like other medical specialties, is not an exact science. While we can estimate how long your course of care will take, that estimate can be affected by many variables such as the regularity of your attendance. Because we view each patient's situation individually we  try not to project how long your specific recovery may take until you have been evaluated in the clinic.

Q - What are your hours of operation?
A - While our office hours vary from clinic to clinic we are able to offer morning, afternoon and evening hours to fit most patient's needs. We do not, however, offer any Saturday hours.

Q - What credit cards to you accept?
A - We are happy to accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Q - Do I need a Dr.'s referral or can I come to you directly?
A - Most patients want to use their medical insurance benefits to help pay for the cost of their Therapy. In those instances you will need for your Dr. to prescribe Therapy for your condition. Patients, however, that  do not have medical insurance are allowed to access our services directly without a Dr.'s prescription.
